Talks and tours are subject to change and are located at the featured animal enclosure unless stated otherwise.
12:30pm and 2:15pm – Rhino Discovery Day
Discover how our chubby unicorns are ecosystem engineers, fundamentally reshaping the environment around them! Did you know – our rhino weighs around two tonnes (that’s still only ¾ the weight of a blue whale’s tongue!)?
Watch out for… Qabid enjoying a mud bath.
3:30pm – Poo at the zoo
Discover how poo helps us conserve the animals you love! Did you know – sloths do a toilet dance? Watch out for… the backing up bum of a pygmy hippo!
Talks will take place at lower rhino viewing.
